Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- This position requires the following weekly time allocation: 10 hours for Marketing & Business Development, 6-8 hours for Operations, 10-15 hours for Human Resources, and 3-5 hours supporting the CEO."
- Assist with reporting preparation, presentations and documents within Google
- Assist with social media, marketing and content creation
- Work with current technology to assist with communication and workflow
- Support day-to-day operational needs of the company
- Assist with special projects
