Guest Services Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class customer service

• Shuttle customers to their destination in Silver Lake Auto provided vehicle

• Pick up and deliver parts as needed

• Wash vehicles, wipe down interior surfaces, and vacuum

• Ensure customer vehicles are clean and ready for delivery or pick-up

• Monitor and communicate loaner car service needs

• Help maintain the facility’s professional appearance and hospitality

• Stocking and organizing inventory supplies

Guest Services Requirements:

• Possess a valid Driver’s License

• Utilize company-provided safety equipment and follow safety procedures

• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work area and appearance

• Operate with a high level of energy, positive attitude, and excellence

• Possess a hunger to learn, help and improve through coaching
